Overview
Waiheke Pilates Centre is a team of dedicated movement educators who encourage and teach people about the importance of movement and the benefits of low-impact exercises.
Their studio offers a variety of small group classes that range from Pilates Mat, Reformer, Mixed Equipment and Barre. They offer private sessions to groups or 1 on 1 rehabilitation, and pre/postnatal Pilates for women.
Proud owner is Kirstin, she originally started practicing in Colorado and became certified in NZ, she is a registered safe pelvic floor exercise professional with over 12 years of teaching experience and 20 years management experience.
You will also meet her team Sarah, Amanda and Paola who have their own experiences and styles of teaching.

Ostend Pizzeria – is a local Pizza and kebab takeaways. They have a pretty big range of all the expected foods. You can order online or in person.
Ostend Store – The dairy/superette sells a wide range of food, hot pies, drinks, soups, confectionery, toiletries, milk, bread, smokes, vapes and postal services.
Chances Ostend – Is the smaller version on Waiheke, their larger store is located in Oneroa. They are a surf, street and skate shop. They sell beachwear and more.
Woolworths Waiheke – The biggest supermarket on the island and the only shop with a big underground carpark. Lots of food options and underground parking!
