Overview
Waiheke Island Pony Club is over 50 years old, they offer a range of classes and horse related activities. Things like jumping, dressage, ocean swimming and more.
In early 2024 the clubhouse/stables burnt down, they are currently accepting donations to help with the rebuild costs. No horses were killed in the fires.
Membership to Waiheke Island Pony Club gives you access to club’s Blackpool grounds during the season, including the arena and extensive cross-country course, as well as membership of the national body, New Zealand Pony Clubs Association.

Old Blackpool School – Old Blackpool School Hall and park has many aspects, we will cover most of them. It is a community building that has a good park for walking dogs.
Little Oneroa Beach – Little Oneroa Beach also known as Little O is another popular beach in Oneroa is it situated right across the road from Little Oneroa Takeaways and Little Oneroa dairy.
Blackpool Beach – A south side beach on Waiheke found on the esplanade, the beach is best at high tide. This beach is popular for windsurfing and kitesurfing.
