Overview
Lily & Lotus is a family owned and operated concept store and cafe, offering ethical fashion, delicious meals and real fruit ice cream.
Lily & Lotus was previously known as ritual until 2024 they rebranded and renamed. Proud owners and founders are Premaloka, Paul and their children that each play a vital part in running the business.
They sell handmade clothing, jewellery, bags and bedding textiles. And have their own line of essential oils and perfumes.
They also offer a select menu of delicious treats and a full menu of drinks from coffee to chai, plus delicious and nutritious tikka rolls and bowls and real fruit ice cream.
All products are all hand made by artisans in India, New Zealand and Bali, kimonos, quilts and robes are one of a kind, all made with repurposed fabrics, and their food is all handmade in store and all recipes are their own.

The best way to access Lily & Lotus would be from either direction, just pull into the parking lot or park on the roadside parking on either side of Belgium street.

Ostend Store – The dairy/superette sells a wide range of food, hot pies, drinks, soups, confectionery, toiletries, milk, bread, smokes, vapes and postal services.
Out There Surf – A Local clothing and surf shop. They have a big range of beach ready clothing and some casual everyday clothing. This includes sunglasses, shoes, sandals and more.
Chances Ostend – Is the smaller one Waiheke with another one in Oneroa that’s about double the size, they are a surf street and skate shop.
Woolworths Waiheke – The biggest supermarket on the island and the only shop with a big underground carpark. Lots of food options and underground parking!
