The best way to access would be in the Befit parking lot or out in the dairy parking lot. They are just located down the side of the 5 shops out the front.

Maybe possible, they do have two stairs to get in the shop, but could prob serve you from the door.

Woolworths Waiheke – The biggest supermarket on the island and the only shop with a big underground carpark. Lots of food options and underground parking!
Ostend Pizzeria – is a local Pizza and kebab takeaways. They have a pretty big range of all the expected foods. You can order online or in person.
Chances Ostend – Is the smaller version on Waiheke, their larger store is located in Oneroa. They are a surf, street and skate shop. They sell beachwear and more.
Out There Surf – A Local clothing and surf shop. They have a big range of beach ready clothing and some casual everyday clothing. This includes sunglasses, shoes, sandals and more.
BeFit Functional Fitness – Is a Waiheke gym that offers 24 hour access, it might be a little bit smaller than the main Waiheke Gym but you get all the time access.
