Connect studio is owned and created by Waiheke locals Nick and Charlotte, Charlotte has lived on waiheke for over five years operating a home pilates and personal training studio and Nick moved to Waiheke from Sydney is 2020, after both injuring themselves they noticed how beneficial both of their rehab styles were towards their recovery they decided to create the business.
They chose the word Connect for a number of reasons. Both Nick and Charlotte have a holistic method of treating and training the body as a whole in order to achieve longevity, rather than a temporary fix of one part. The name also alludes to the connection between our mental and physical wellbeing, as well as the connection between people in a community.

The best way to access connect studio would be to drive in their drive and find a park, they have room for about 3-4 cars, if you have a longer vehicle or a truck, you will have to find a park down the road on a side street.
