Island Direct is a direct ferry service that travels from Downtown Auckland and Waiheke Island. It is a smaller ferry company in comparison to Fullers.

Oneroa beach is only about 200 metres from the main township. There is a few walkways that lead down to the beach.

This car park is well known locally to park your car at long term when going to town for events or trips. The parking is free and up to 48 hours.

Waiheke bike hire is a 300m walk from fullers ferry terminal, it is located in the main car park, hiring Merida & Avanti mountain bikes for $50 a day and $20 per extra day.
Shed 36 Cafe
Shed 36 cafe is the first and last cafe you will see when you arrive or leave Waiheke. It is located on the Matiatia ferry terminal pier, they serve cabinet food and coffees.
