Ostend Medical Centre is the local Ostend doctors, they offer service such as general checkups, vaccinations, can order blood tests/scans and basic patch ups.

Waiheke has a few medical centres on the island. Locations are Oneroa and Ostend. Services offered are consultations, radiology, prescriptions, minor surgeries, vaccinations, antenatal care and more.
Resources are limited in the clinics. Many cases will be referred to the Auckland hospitals dependant on the medical procedure.
In addition the island has a skin institute, radiology department and a blood testing lab.
