The Events are typically held in the weekend and sometimes on special occasions they host a demolition derby. As of late have not seen much happening down at the dirt track and they are doing fundraisers to keep the doors open.

Waiheke Dirt Track Club started in 1986, The track was formed and is now a great clay speedway type track, the farmer offered the site and also the woolshed to the club members which was converted in a licensed bar and club rooms.

Every year they host the dirt track fireworks. Businesses and individuals put in money or resources and this help pay for all the fireworks.
