Tin Boat Reserve also known as Tin boat playground is located in Onetangi, it is unique by having a large aluminum dinghy set in the middle of the playground that is popular for local children and tourists.

Just a short walk away from Onetangi beach and restaurants, it offers a perfect blend of playtime and beach fun.

The reserve features swings and roundabouts alongside an aluminum boat structure, making it an enjoyable experience for children of all ages.

The best way to access Tin boat reserve would the access from Fourth Avenue or a walking track from Pah Road.

Please be aware nearby the playground there are house driveways. So please don’t block driveways, if in doubt there is plenty of roadside parking.

Wheelchairs should be able to access the playground without too many problems, there is a nice grass lawn surrounding the playground. If the weather is dry access should be possible.
