Overview
Are you wanting to experience the taste of salty, sweet, sour and spicy, the four main flavours thai food is well known for, or have all your favourite Thai dishes Thailand has to offer, well Red Crab Waiheke is the perfect place to go. Being the only thai restaurant on Waiheke it is a popular place to eat at.
Red Crab is certainly one of myself and my husbands favourite restaurants to go to. We love their Pad med, Pad Thai, Green Curry and Massaman Lamb.
You can either enjoy a romantic meal inside their restaurant or get takeaway and relax at home, the choice is yours.
They also do small affordable lunch meals if your just wanting something quick to eat.
The owners of Red Crab also own the restaurant next to them called One View that is more a different vibe and Food option of burgers, steaks and seafood.

The best way to access Red Crab is the main road (Ocean View Road) you can find parallel parking there or there is more parking found in the Main Oneroa parking Lot of Weka road or Oue Road.
Red crab can be found across from the Pedestrian crossing, down a two sets of steps and on your right you will come across Red Crab.
Wheelchair Access
The best way to get to easily access red crab is the small parking lot down Oneroa Village lane, this is a one way road that can be accessed only around the round about opposite The Island Grocer. There are a few Disability parks available there and a concrete path leading to the restaurant.

Unichem Pharmacy – The local Waiheke Oneroa pharmacy, they have a range of Medications, Skincare, Vitamins, Supplements and they are a location to pick up prescriptions.
Four Square Oneroa – Located in the middle of Oneroa Village, it is a smaller scaled supermarket that sells everything you should need for your time over on Waiheke.
The Courtyard – A hidden gem found underneath Red Crab, it is a bistro bar with a Mediterranean Influence serving house made pasta’s, cheese and charcuterie plates.
Oneview – You can enjoy a nice juicy steak, burger or seafood dish with cocktails, tap beer, House wine or Spirits while watching the rugby or sports on their projector screen.
