The best way to access Fenice is their gravel carpark then walk down the size access into the café. The main shop front is on the footpath of Oneroa next to the Unichem pharmacy, so you can also park on the main road of Oneroa and walk over to it.
Wheelchair access seems to be fine for most seats in the building, with some tables access might be too tight.
